We are a A Farm Based Business, click to see the shop at the farm and some of the sheep in the front pasture.

Shop Hours are: For the Farm Shop, Friday and Saturday 10 am to 4 pm. Other days by appt. phone: 269-673-8800. Of course, website hours are 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Order Information: We do appreciate your business. Orders paid by credit card or money order are shipped by Priority Mail or United Parcel Service, depending on weight and size, the next business day. Orders paid by check are shipped when the check clears, usually within 10 days. You may order any of our items using any of the following 4 methods:

1. Automated Shopping Cart displayed on each item's web page. This is a secure payment for Mastercard, Visa or Discover card, these orders come direct to us and you will receive an automated reply when you complete the order information.

2. Call us at 269-673-8800 with your Mastercard, Visa or Discover card number.

3. Mail a check or money order, our mailing address is:

All fees listed are in US dollars to US addresses only.
Michigan Residents will be charged 6 percent sales tax on items purchased, not shipping/handling fees.

Shipping/Handling Fees (all charges are in US dollars)

Our Check Out pages have been upgraded to comply with the May 2007 US Postal Service rates. The shipping and handling fees are now based on the weight of your order and your shipping location.
The upgrade allows some new services that we hope are helpful to you. You can now enter yourself as a "New Customer" and your name, address and phone number will be saved. The next time you purchase from us that information will appear after you enter your email address, password and click "Login". You may change your email and/or password on the next page if needed.
The Shipping and Payment page of the Check Out pages will show Priority Mail choices, the USPS Flat Rate Option is only for patterns or books. If you choose the Flat Rate option when it is not appropriate, your shipping will be adjusted to standard Priority Mail rate.
You will receive an automated email confirming your order has been submitted, in the middle of that email is a link "Check My Order Status" to click and see what is happening with your order. We will also send a personal email noting the actual shipping of your order.
International Shipping: We are required by the USPS to show First Class International rates, however we will not ship by First Class International as there is no tracking or insurance available. If you choose that option, we will adjust the shipping to Priority Mail International and charge your card with the higher shipping rate.

Marr Haven Privacy and Return Policies:

We will not share, sell, or rent individual personal information with anyone without your advance permission or unless ordered by a court of law. We use security measures to protect against the loss, misuse and alteration of data you give us.

You may return any item for a full refund of the item's price within 30 days of receipt of your order. We ask the returned item be in original, re-sellable condition. Shipping charges are not refundable and will be charged to reship exchanges. Thank you for your business.
