This fun, breezy vest is easy to make with strips of hairpin lace - a technique which really showcases a beautiful yarn.


Pattern alone $ 4.75.
 
The pattern gives directions for making the vest with worsted weight or chunky weight yarn on a Hairpin Lace Loom. Finished sizes about 36, 42, 48 and 54 inches bust measurement and 22, 23, 24 or 25 inches long.

Detailed instructions are given about making strips on the hairpin lace loom and how to join the strips for the back and front sections. Even the armholes and neck opening are made by joining the strips as described in the pattern.

Kit includes your choice of Marr Haven worsted weight yarn and pattern. Size 36" is $30.25, 42" is $38.75, 48" is $47.25 and 54" is $55.75.

Another pattern made with the Hairpin Lace Loom is a Ruana (wrap)


Three Hairpin Lace Scarves patterns are included. The scarf on the far left is 4 inches wide and 64 inches long made with 365 yards of dk or light worsted weight yarn. The center scarf is 5 inches wide, 60 inches long made with 160 yards aran weight yarn. The one on the right is also made with dk (light worsted weight) yarn, 275 yards, it is 5 inches wide and 70 inches long.

Kit will include your color choice of two skeins of Marr Haven wool yarn which will make either the left or right scarf.
