| Ann Norling Basic Mittens on 4 Needles has 2 kids sizes and 2
adult sizes. Gauge and instructions are given so any of the sizes may be knit
with sport weight, worsted or bulky weight yarn. The gauge for sport is 6 st =
1" on size 5 DP, worsted is 5 st = 1" on size 7 DP and bulky 4 st =
1" on size 9 DP. Directions are included for Kitchner Stitch closure of the
end of the mitten plus a Twisted Rib design. Kit includes your choice of one yarn color and pattern. All sizes are $11.00 for a sport weight kit, $12.50 for a worsted weight kit.Pattern alone is $4.00.|| |  |

weight and bulky weight yarn. There are 2 hat and mitten sizes for children and
3 hat and mitten sizes for adults. Two skeins of worsted weight will make a hat
and mittens in both of the child's sizes, 3 skeins of worsted weight will make
any one hat and mittens of the adult sizes. Stitch gauge for the hat is 18 stitches
to 4 inches, suggested circular & dp needle size is US8. Stitch gauge for
the mittens is 20 stitches to 4 inches, suggested dp needle size is US5 &
7. Kit includes your choice of one yarn color and pattern. Child kit is $22.00.
